Rest home "Mladost" was completely renovated in the beginning of 2007., and equipped with new furniture, windows, flooring, teaching aids. The structure has 100 beds in double, triple and five-bedded rooms.

Every room has its own bathroom. Within the hotel there are dining hall, combined hall for teaching activities, TV hall and children's playground in front of  the hotel. There are sports fields available for hotel guests in immediate vicinity of the hotel, next to "Divcibare" hotel.
